The working process until the concept was found turned out like this:

Shaping of different proposals, based on the idea-catalogue and the possible structures.
Essential for the right proposal was the compatibility with the context and the desired realization of the mentioned eastsides qualities. To gain an ideal usability, this proposal was developed further, until the planning concept was set.
